Project Management

Professionals are expected to manage projects throughout their careers. In fact, almost everything that happens in the daily lives of professionals can fall under projects-- leading one or being part of one. Unfortunately, there exists little to no training on how you can manage projects effectively. The most-known training on this is the Project Management Professional (PMP) training, but for the vast majority of professionals, that is overkill. Below is a compromise between having no training to a full-pledged certification.
